Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made from copper and may develop a natural patina over time, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or special-order parts
- Items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of wear
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return Process
- Email us at scott@coppersculptures.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
