We accept returns on most items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or special order parts
- Used circit boards with wires cut
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@gaslanternparts.com or 601-992-9955 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Include your order number, reason for return, and all original contents with the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
For defective items under manufacturer warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns of non-defective items, except when we made an error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
